Alberto Bourdeth
Born in 1980 in Munich, Germany and raised in Athens, Greece.
Initially oriented to painting and drawing, Alberto Bourdeth became fascinated by conceptual and ‘site specific art’ in 2002, when he was based in Berlin. The parameters these art forms introduced to him, are the guidelines he has chosen for his own expression.
From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a coordinator in the “International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme” at Ionios School. This experience also influenced him substantially in his views on forms of conveyance and their purposes.
Now he is based in Sifnos, where he produces most of his work.
